The Live, Individuate, Vibrate, Evolve and Expand (L.I.V.E) Organization is organized to work with low to moderate income families in the areas of mental health, personal well-being, relationship building and repair; and as a conduit between clinical treatment and the general public, to provide support and guidance to promote healthy personhood and healthy social interactions. L.I.V.E envisions building a wellness center and program that services needy communities and populations to ensure quality mental health resources and interventions are affordable, available, and accessible.
MISSION
One in five adults experience mental health issues with only half receiving help. LIVE’s mission is to eradicate stigma through education, extend support and resources, and advocate to prioritize well-being for those with mental health conditions and the loved ones who support them.
VISION
LIVE envisions building a wellness center and program that services needy communities and populations to ensure quality mental health resources and interventions are affordable, available, and accessible.
PURPOSE
LIVE addresses the empty space between therapy and public need. Through carefully structured classes and workshops, we provide effective, accessible, and affordable choices to help people on their journey to mental wellness.
SERVICES
To make this happen it takes not only dedication and a love for what you are doing, it also takes money! We are in the building stages and need to raise money to pay a grant writer, print and distribute literature, and launch our Introduction Gala later this year. Classes that will be offered will cover topics such as:
- ADHD
- Anxiety
- Managing Stress
- Anger Management
- Relationship Bootcamp
- Fundamentals of Healthy Relationships
- Introduction to Mental Health Treatment
- Navigating Special Education, 504s and IEPs
- Suicide: Education, Prevention, and Intervention
